Heat 101

The heat system will not warn the user immediately after triggering a module. Each time a member triggers a heat module, a heat gauge will start to fill up. Depending on the importance of the module triggered, the user will gain a certain amount of "Heat". When the gauge fills up entirely, the member will receive a warn. The heat also decrease over time.

This module aims to not warn unintentional behaviour. As for or example a user could accidentally send a gif link without remembering links are not allowed, and they would face the same judgment as someone who intentionally spammed a bad link.

Setting up

Turn the module on, and create a new configuration. Each configuration is composed of two parts: the groups affected by this configuration, and the modules corresponding to the actions to flag.

The different modules you can apply are:

• Badwords
• Mass Mentions
• Mass Emojis
• Invite
• Link
• Duplicate Text

All these modules can be configured in the "Global" section of the dashboard. For now, you cannot edit the amount of heat gained per action, neither the decrease rate of the heat.
